Somerset Apartment Management is headquartered in Charlotte, NC. We provide a wholly integrated package of property management services, including: on-site asset management, construction supervision and due diligence. While SAM is positioned to provide national support, we have chosen to focus on properties in the Southeastern United States. We currently own and operate apartment communities in nine states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia and Tennessee. Somersets clients are selective, discerning investors from some of the worlds wealthiest families who have long invested in commercial real estate to accumulate wealth and provide predictable current income.
