Smart Rehabilitation

Smart Rehabilitation is a community-based service operating in the Yorkshire, Humber, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and East Midlands. It has been brought together by a collaborative partnership between clinical specialists who are experts in their fields (NHS and private), have worked as expert witnesses in their specialist area, and have had years of experience treating clients within the medico-legal framework. We provide a solution-focused bespoke one-stop-shop MDT service that embraces the biopsychosocial model of healthcare and collaboratively delivers holistic rehabilitation based on the ICF framework to order to enhance the engagement and participation of our clients.
