Our company and history. Thaba Nchu butchery traces its roots back to 1975, when the first butchery was opened in Thaba Nchu. This was followed by the first factory in 1988. Due to the high demand for our top quality processed meat products, a purpose-built factory was completed in 2002. The wholesale and retail departments are run from the original factory and sell directly to the public. We are owners of Sky Country Meats trademark and logo. We specialise in quality fresh and processed meat products that are manufactured in our world class factory. Our quality products are distributed by sales representatives and agents in all provinces of South Africa. Sky Country is an independently audited and registered vendor to export to all SADC countries. It is our aim to fully promote the socio-economic improvement of all our citizens in our region.
