Serbia Zijin Copper DOO Bor is the first Zijin Mining Group company in Serbia, and in the Balkans, and is the only producer of copper and precious metals (gold and silver) in Serbia. All products are stock market and their quality, demand, sales prices and trading conditions are regulated by the rules that prescribe the world stock exchanges of non-ferrous metals. Serbia Zijin Copper deals with the exploration and exploitation of copper ore, the processing of which in the smelter produces cathode copper and high-quality precious metals. Serbia Zijin Copper is a company operating within the ZijinMining Group. It was founded on December 18, 2018, the day when Zijin and the Government of the Republic of Serbia signed the final documents, i.e. the contract on the acquisition of 63 percent of ownership in RTB Bor. In this way, Zijin became the holder of 63 percent of the capital of the company from Serbia
