The main activities of the Closed Joint-Stock Company Settlement and Depository Company is the clearing activities on the exchange commodity market of Russian Federation depositary activities on the Russian stock market and of the Russian Federation. Since 2008 RDK (ZAO) is an authorized clearing organization for the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (JSC SPIMEX) and is currently carrying out clearing of the obligations of the exchange contracts concluded in all sections of JSC SPIMEX. Currently RDK (ZAO) clears the obligations of the contracts concluded in the following sections: Oil, Petroleum products, Agricultural products and biological resources, Natural gas, Forest and construction supplies at SPIMEX.
