Due to first-hand experience with the impact of fire on fabrics, upholstery & peoples lives, Gene set out to specialize in the application of flame retardants to upholstery & drapery fabrics. Over the last 41 years, Gene has built one of Americas leading full-service fabric finishing operations, & SBI continues to grow as a generational family business today!
