Incorporated in 1998, SBI BioEnergy Inc. (SBI) is an Albertan company that develops unique environment-friendly renewable DROP-IN energy resources. Such resources include: Hydrogen, Bio-gasoline, Bio-Jet fuel, Renewable Diesel, FAME Biodiesel and their production technologies. Golu Hydrogen Technologies Inc., a spinoff from and backed by SBI group of companies, has developed a disruptive green hydrogen production technology, Golu-H2. This technology thermo-catalytically extracts hydrogen from a combination of water and a renewable product, ethanol which, unlike electrolysers, requires no electricity. Golu-H2 allows the decentralized production of green hydrogen and clean electricity, independent of petroleum feed stocks and high CAPEX wind and solar energy.
