Community Rehab, a private therapist-owned Canadian Company, provides on-site and in-home therapy services in Ontario. Over 225 therapists currently work for Community Rehab. Accredited in February 2000 for three (3) years by the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation (CCHSA), Community Rehab has been recognized for its ability to offer the full range of high quality rehabilitation services. We employ the services of all five (5) therapy rehabilitation disciplines including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Social Work, and Dietetics. These services are provided to adults and children in their homes, long term care facilities, supportive care facilities, places of residence including second level lodging, retirement homes, supportive housing, correctional institutions, day programs, workplaces, schools, and other locations as requested and approved by our referral sources
