SAFE (Saving Animals From Euthanasia Inc) is an animal rescue & rehoming organisation, the largest in Western Australia using the foster care model - founded in 2003 by Sue Hedley OAM WHAT WE DO We help people find companionship by matching them with pets in need who suit them. Our use of animal foster care instead of shelters lets us get to know the animals personalities. This helps us make better matches. Our animals can be transported around the state to their new homes or their SAFE foster homes. VISION Our vision is an end to the overpopulation of pets in Australia, zero euthanasia of rehomable pets and a good quality of life for all companion animals. MISSION Our mission is to save companion animals from unnecessary euthanasia by community education, fostering, desexing and placing them in suitable homes.
