Our menu offers a variety of food items including over 21 flavors of chicken wings, hot sandwiches, fresh salads, and side items. We only use the best ingredients and only serve the freshest meals to our customers. History of the Company RuChDa stands for the founders children. The name comes from the first 2 letters of their 3 childrens names: Ruth, Christine, and Daniel. Our first restaurant opened in August 2000. We became RuChDa Management, Inc. on September 9, 2008, and started franchising in 2009.
