Ruahine Kindergarten Association - Te Putahi Kura Puhou o Ruahine, was established in 1949 by our community, for our community, and generations of whanau continue to entrust their tamariki with us. We are committed to keeping tamariki safe and strong, nurturing respectful relationships with whanau and our wider community. We have 20 Kindergartens and 6 Early Learning centres across the Manawatu, South Rangitikei, Pahiatua and Foxton, each unique in character and values, offering different options for whanau in terms of age range and opening hours. 100% of our permanent teachers are qualified, registered and trained in first aid. We know the difference professional teachers make in the lives of tamariki and at Ruahine they engage in continuous professional development and research to strengthen their practice.
