RPM Company is a multi-family real estate management company with approximately 100 years of combined industry experience. The original company was formed in 1977 under the name Robertson Homes. In 1985 the Companys name changed to Robertson Property Management Corporation and ten years later evolved into RPM Company. The parent company has built and developed approximately 22,000 apartments across the United States and renovated over 5,000 in California. We have successfully managed more than 30,000 rental units nationwide ranging from A+ institutional apartment communities, to severely distressed properties in need of renovation.
