Company History Rockwell Development Center is a company that derives its experience and expertise through its staff members. Each staff member shares our vision of providing quality services to individuals with mental illness. Our dedicated staff members have a cumulative experience of over 30 years in criminal justice, education, mental health, and nursing. Our vision for growth includes providing other supportive client services to meet individual and community needs. Our intent is to develop and provide residential, individual, group, and family counseling services that benefit the each client, family, and community we serve. Rockwell Development Center is devoted to empowering children and adolescents to achieve recovery from mental health behavioral symptoms through intensive support, structure, guidance, and goal achievement.
