Reach for the Top Therapy Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was founded in 2014 following the closure of the Easterseals Dover branch. Our mission centers on providing comprehensive therapy services within a family-centered model, distinguishing us by involving families in every session from evaluation onward. This approach allows us to tailor our therapies to meet each familys unique needs, bridging gaps and ensuring skills learned in therapy carry over effectively to the home environment. Reach fosters a responsive and affirming relationship-based model, that uses the most up-to-date research and evidence-based practices to ensure long-term therapeutic outcomes. Reach aligns with current evidence that co-regulation through trust, safety, and play is more effective than outdated behavioral compliance-based models that force and reward participation and typical standards.
