Rare Voices Australia

Rare Voices Australia (RVA) is Australias national peak body for Australians living with a rare disease. We provide a strong, common voice to advocate for health policy and a health care system that works for people living with a rare disease. Our person-centred focus sees RVA working with key stakeholders including: people living with a rare disease/advocates, key peak bodies, governments, researchers, clinicians and industry. On 26 February 2020, the National Strategic Action Plan for Rare Diseases (the Action Plan) was launched by the Minister for Health.
