Private members club Raffles Chelsea is named after the colonial mogul Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles. Founded in 1967 by Peter Evans, the club has a long and vibrant history. The club has amongst its members Royalty, celebrities and several generations of established families. Members enjoy the club for its exclusivity and luxury, as well as its music, which lies at the core of the club. Raffles attracts some of the best acts and DJs in the world. Not only a private members nightclub, but Raffles can be hired as an exclusive event space from 12pm until the early hours, seven days a week. The club enjoys a late license until 5am.
