R1 Construction are a Midlands based contractor, delivering new build, refurbishment and capital improvement projects nationwide. R1 Construction (previously Refurb1 ltd) was formed in 2014 by partners Ben Tomkinson (Managing Director) and Andrew Evans (Construction Director), initially focusing on key refurbishment schemes within the Education sector. By 2020, whilst still delivering on the refurbishment works that the company was built upon, we had naturally progressed into new build and expansion schemes.
