Project 1957

Project 1957 is an initiative dedicated to curating events and activities for the British Ghanaian diaspora, as well as friends of the diaspora. Founded in 2015, we focus on celebrating Ghanaian culture and heritage, as well as discussing important issues that impact upon those in the Ghanaian diaspora and the wider black community. We have taken our cue from the older Ghanaian generation, where camaraderie and support are essential to the culture, and run with a strong desire to promote and retain our history, language, arts and practices
