Pocono Farms Country Club Association

Pocono Farms is a year-round, private, recreation-oriented community that is owned, and operated by its members for the mutual benefit of the members. We are not affiliated with any other development, real estate developer, or builder. We are a planned community pursuant to the Pennsylvania Uniformed Planned Communities Act (UPCA) of 1997. Pocono Farms consists of all the amenity areas surrounded by 2,113 plotted lots. We have nineteen entrances on over twenty miles of township roads, with an additional eight miles of roads in community-owned cul-de-sacs, encompassing over 1,430 homes. Everyone is welcome at Pocono Farms. We are are an All-American kind of neighborhood. Our deed covenants require that all persons owning property in Pocono Farms become a member, and respect our yearly dues within the community.
