The PNut Street Noodles concept delivers authentic Asian noodles with authentic, bold flavours in a fast-casual dining environment that transports our customer into the hustle & bustle of street-side Asia. Real Food, Real Recipes, Real people. The PNut name is derived from our Head Chef, Nut who overseas our street noodle menu. The letter P in Thai culture is derived from pee which signifies an older brother or sister and used with respectful recognition. Chef Nut began working with his Grandmother at the age of six, grinding chilli paste and learning to make sauces from scratch in Grandmas street-side hawker stall in Thailand. Once he became an adult, Nut improved his culinary skills throughout south-east Asia and developing his favourite recipes before arriving in Australia.
