The history of the French manufacturer Peugeot begins in 1891 as the oldest still existing car brand in the world. Today, known primarily for cars in the compact, mid-size and van classes, the product portfolio of the brand with the lion logo is much larger and also includes the production of bicycles, do-it-yourself machines, grinders for the construction industry and spice mills. Peugeot has now only divested itself of the motorcycle division.
