RH Petrogas Limited (RHP) is an independent upstream oil and gas company headquartered in Singapore and listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange. RHP and its subsidiaries (the Group) operate across the full range of upstream activities covering the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources. Geographically, the Group is focused in the ASEAN region. The Group is the operator of two producing upstream assets located in Indonesia. These assets have been awarded to the Group and its partners under production sharing contracts (PSCs) entered into with SKK Migas (Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi), a task force under the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources on behalf of the Government of Indonesia.
