Since opening its doors in 1990, Pepperonis has consistently created menu items that elevate the dining experience with fresh pizza, wings, and salads. Ray Salti, Pepperonis founder and CEO, started Pepperonis with a commitment to providing the highest quality ingredients and service to our community. To meet the increase in customer demand for Pepperonis signature dishes, we expanded from our first store in Sugar Land, Texas to multiple locations throughout the Houston area. After years of experience, Ray developed an efficient business model that preserves product quality while increasing revenue and profitability. As a result, in 2019, Pepperonis launched its franchising opportunities.
