Could you use a little more peace yourself? If so, Peace of Mind is for you. The Peace of Mind Program includes teacher-created, evidence-based curricula and resources that support mindfulness-based social and emotional learning in PreK through Middle School. The Peace of Mind Program helps children develop life skills to notice and manage challenging emotions, practice kindness and gratitude, build healthy relationships and solve conflicts with skill and compassion. Older students learn to apply their skills to recognize and reckon with challenging social justice issues. In the process, Peace of Mind moves schools toward kindness and inclusion.
