While working together in the construction industry in the mid 1990s, brothers Randy and Grant Clegg identified an opportunity to be the market leader in the facilitation of remote construction projects. To target this market, Parkwest Projects Ltd. was incorporated in 1998 and they immediately started projects in Northwestern Ontario. What started as a drive and passion for delivering a high-quality project, both on time and on budget in remote locations carried into our current position as a leading construction firm in Winnipeg, its metro areas, and continued success in remote communities.
