Napa Auto Parts opened in Fort McMurray in 1979. In 2002 Brent Usick formed Paramount Parts and purchased the Napa Auto Parts store in Fort McMurray which had three (3) employees and was 3,500 sqft . Shortly after, Brent was awarded the Traction Heavy Duty Parts franchise and expanded the store to 7,300 sqft. This would be only the second store in Canada to combine Napa Auto Parts and Traction Heavy Duty Parts under one roof
