PAC International, a subsidiary of Metro Aviation, Inc., is a global helicopter completion and customization facility. We operate on an international scale, providing support service to commercial, corporate, civil government and military operators in almost 50 countries around the world. PAC, officially known as Paradigm Aerospace Corporation, began operating in 1976 as Western Pennsylvania Helicopter Services, mostly servicing private operators of Bell helicopters in the region. Fast forward to 2018, PAC has successfully delivered more than 1,200 helicopter completions and refurbishments for Bell, AgustaWestland and Airbus Helicopters.
