At the department of Organization Sciences (ORG) we focus on the intersection of organization and society, because we believe understanding organizations is key to addressing complex societal issues. We are part of the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) and have a multi-disciplinary team of researchers from diverse academic backgrounds, such as business administration, communication, psychology, sociology, anthropology, engineering, and health sciences.
