The OREXIM Group of Companies started its activity as a small trading company founded in 2004. Over the past years, the groups business has been transformed into a holding operating in the field of infrastructure, logistics and financial activities. In 2019, the Orexim Group sold 75% of the shares of Mykolaiv Milling Works (MMW) to Posco International. At present, Orexim and Posco are co-owners of MMW and are successfully developing this bisiness. In 2020, the Orexim Group of Companies sold 100% of share capital of the bulk terminal Everi LLC, which is one of the largest in the world in terms of one-time storage of vegetable oil, to the agricultural company Viterra B.V.
