Odengene Air Shuttle Services Limited (OAS) is an indigenous aviation company registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), on February 4th, 1992 Licensed by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to render flight service within Nigeria and Africa, South of Sahara . The Company flight outfit is subdivided and to cover two areas of flight activities of; rotary and fixed wing. The rotary wing arm is known as OAS Helicopters while the fixed wing is known as Odengene Air. OAS Helicopters started out rendering ad-hoc charter flights for VIPs and specialized service providers in Nigeria.
