Nuestro Mundo Public Charter School

A K-8 independent charter school located in Providence, Nuestro Mundo serves Providence children by centering on Project-Based Learning (PBL) and bilingual education. The school focuses on the educational principles of environmental sustainability as established by the U.N.s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Dual Language Immersion (English and Spanish). As stated in our mission, students at Nuestro Mundo receive core academic subjects and learn topics of climate change, global inequalities, and social movements. By implementing current, real-world issues, we assure that students have the opportunity to relate their academic learning to practical, real-world applications
