Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation is devoted to enhancing the physical, economic, and social well-being of Roxbury and other underserved populations in greater Boston through a community-driven process that builds wealth and promotes neighborhood revitalization. Since our founding in 1981, we have created or preserved over 800 affordable apartments and nearly 200 units of for-sale homes in Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, and surrounding communities, contracting with Minority Business Enterprises and hiring workers of color, creating home ownership opportunities, and using cultural economic development to sustain Roxbury businesses and artists.
