In 2005, responding to the advice of educational regulators and experts, Newton Thilay Institute adopted a new name Newton Thilay School. In 2006, due to the substantial increase in market share and the business operations have grown so fast Mr. Chea Thilay has suggested to the management team to organize a family institution, which is called Newton Thilay Community.
