Northern Gulf Resource Management Group Ltd.

The Northern Gulf Resource Management Group Ltd. (NGRMG) is the designated Regional Natural Resource Management (NRM) Body for the Northern Gulf NRM Region, covering an area of 194,000 square kilometres. It is a not-for-profit public company funded from community, corporate and government resources that supports its regional communities to work more effectively with state and federal government and non-government agencies with land and water issues. The group works to support the Northern Gulf NRM region to develop local projects and solutions that make sense for the community, natural environment and economy. This is done by using science, technology, business development and the knowledge gained from local experts like primary producers and traditional owners. The NGRMG projects and services aim to support people and organisations to manage land and water effectively, ranging from working for sustainable production, reducing pests and weeds to protecting our biodiversity hotspots.
