Mission Since its inception in 1958, The Northeast Community Center for Behavioral Health has been committed to providing behavioral health, addictions recovery and intellectual disabilities services within the context of community participation and involvement. The center continues to bring the highest quality evidence-based practices and supports in an environment of wellness to each and every individual in need of behavioral health, intellectual disabilities, aging or addictions recovery services.
