New Concept travel was founded by Bernard Bialylew who has 40 years experience in the Travel and Tourism industry and Malcolm Lindop whose achievements in the UK travel scene have been outstanding. As we were colleagues and now friends and partners our philosophy has been to provide land services to Travel Agents around Asia at the utmost level of service but at a most competitive costs. All our staff have long experience in all the Far Eastern markets, our coordinators in Europe speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, very soon Thai and of course English. Our head office in Hong Kong is the doorway to Europe with staff having an average of 20 years in the industry, having worked together for decades. The team is very tight knit and respond very fast to all queries!
