Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLOL) is a licensee of Gulf Oil International, which manufactures and distributes Gulf Lubricant in Nepalese market. This company was established as Nepal Lube Oil Limited in 2041 B.S. (1984 A.D.) under Nepal Company 2021. The company was inaugurated by Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand on 30th Falgun, 2042 B.S. In 2043 B.S., Nepal Lube Oil Limited has a trademark agreement with Gulf Oil Corporation Limited and agreement for Technical Support with Gulf Asian Investment. It is one of the first four companies in Nepal to obtain ISO 9000 QMS Certification. NLOL was privatized in 2051 B.S. (1994 A.D.) as per the Governments Privatization Policy.
