Currently implementing the Neo-X, a smart Incinerator that deals with reject (non-recyclable) waste efficiently; at source, using highly efficient combustion. Trying to ensure a zero landfill and net-zero emissions landscape. This is technology that reaches temperatures of 1200C under 2 minutes, using 0.15 units (less than 1) of electricity per burn-cycle. This process of handling reject-waste can reduce various greenhouse gas emissions by 300 times compared with current standard methods of disposal; primarily landfilling/open burning/illegal dumping or centralised Incineration methods. This has a direct impact on CO2 release through transport (60% of all waste management costs) and through Inefficient burning (at ~400oC).
