National Service Scheme, Hindu College

The NSS Society of Hindu College works under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The main objective of NSS Hindu has always been to identify the needs and problems of the community and to find a solution for these problems. We have a volunteer base of around 200 students who work on the motto NOT ME BUT YOU. Here at NSS Hindu College, we work in decentralized system of five wings namely: 1. Education : Our main aim under the Education wing is to educate kids who belonged to the underprivileged section of the society and their holistic development is what we work for. 2. Environment : The Environment wing of NSS Hindu works to heal and clean the environment. 3. Health : Under the Health wing, we focus mainly on the issues related to health, sanitation, hygiene and creating awareness regarding these. 4.
