The NCE was established in late 1986 incorporated in 1994 as a company limited by guarantee. It is the only private sector chamber exclusively servicing Sri Lankan exporters and has a membership of over 450 export oriented member companies covering all products & most services sectors, as well as service providers to exporters, and includes some of the big Export House in Sri Lanka
