Nakoma Resort

In 1923, Frank Lloyd Wright conceived Nakomas stunning clubhouse design, which was brought to life in 2001 at Nakoma Resort in the heart of the Lost Sierra. A spectacular golf course, a Spa with all the modern amenities and villas that are now the Residence Club at Nakoma quickly followed, delighting guests and homeowners alike. While grounded in history, at Nakoma we embrace change. We recently added a fabulous new 42-room mountain modern Lodge at Nakoma for resort guests. In 2017, we unveiled the Altitude Recreation Center, a 12,000-plus-square-foot facility that engages and entertains in equal measure. A weight room, sauna, steam showers, climbing wall, and a lap poolamenities that will welcome members, owners and our Lodge guests. For those with more permanent designs on their Sierra escape, Nakoma offers Ascend Residences.
