Our story started as a timber frame house manufacturing company based in Belgium where we have been building residential house with a combined experience of over 50 years. We saw a need and decided to meet the need by starting up a project which we call MY HOUSE LAY-BY SERVICE. This project is to help you to own a house in your lifetime, or even another house if you already have one in a straightforward and convenient way. It is so simple. just find a delightful living space, and then make a small deposit or no deposit depending on what is convenient for you and you can pay the remaining balance over your desired period
