Jan Mulligan has been practicing healthcare law in San Diego for over 30 years. She is not only skilled in handling traditional claims, but she is at the forefront of cutting-edge litigation involving emerging issues including big data, privacy, AI, telehealth/telemedicine and other evolving technologies.
