Founded by company President Doug Weitz in 1989, Monroe began as a full-service construction company specializing in commercial tenant improvements and building renovations throughout Southern California. Our ability to customize product and services based on knowledge, skills and experience has been demonstrated by work completed on a multitude of such diverse projects as corporate offices, entertainment facilities, medical, food service, retail, industrial, schools and multifamily.
