Providing Stewardship and Coordination of Laboratory Services in Uganda: We coordinate a tiered network comprising of National and Regional referral Laboratories, General Hospital Laboratories, HCIV and HCIII Laboratories as well as Point of Contact testing outside designated Laboratories. 2.
