Midwest Rehab is a division of Family Home Medical Equipment. We are staffed with experts that will help patients and caregivers through the entire process of obtaining mobility equipment that most appropriately meet their needs. We do home assessments for each and every patient to assure all areas of need are consulted on. Each patient and their care givers needs are carefully reviewed by the caring expert staff. Caring and friendly in take coordinators will help patients, referral sources, and caregivers through the entire process, keeping everyone informed on the progress of obtaining the equipment. All billing questions can be discussed directly with the Director of Operations for the most accurate up to date coverage information.
