Miami Valley Meals

In the wake of the pandemic, a small team of furloughed culinary professionals came together to volunteer as emergency support for local pantries. Responding to increasing need; the team expanded, gained funding and evolved with tremendous community support. Today, Miami Valley Meals is a chef-led effort to recover and transform donated food into prepared meals for distribution through nonprofits serving the hungry, free of charge. Our innovative recover and transform model allows our chefs to intercept food that may otherwise be wasted and redistribute it to those in need by transforming ingredients into hearty, delicious meals.
