Merthyr Valleys Homes (MVH) was established in 2009 as a result of tenants voting to transfer their homes to a new not-for-profit organisation. We own and manage over 4;200 homes across the borough.On 1st May 2016 we became Wales first tenant and employee mutual housing association. Allowing our tenants and employees to become Members gives them a share in the organisation and allows them the right to cast their vote. Our tenants and employees are empowered to get involved and have a real say; and they influence the decision making and set the direction for MVH.
