Mercur

Founded by four Parisian students of International Relations in early 2017, Mercur is a fast-growing think tank dedicated to provide analyses and articles on international security matters. As a non-partisan and non-governmental association we seek to incorporate a wide range of views for our diverse audience including students, academics and professionals. Currently, we have working groups focused on two specific parts of the world: the Europe Bureau and the Asia Bureau. In the near future, we plan to expand to cover other continents as well.
