Since 1982, Medical Air Rescue has been the regions premier air medical transport service, caring for thousands of patients since the program began. Medical Air Rescue is based in Rapid City, South Dakota, but also has bases in Valentine, NE, Hugo, OK, McKinney, TX, and now Andalusia, AL. Medical Air Rescue combines air transportation and medical staff under a single management organization to allow for careful control of the entire air ambulance transportation process.
